    CHPH Community Association 

    FREE Stampede Breakfast! 

    Monday, July 10, 2017 from 8:30 to 11:00 am at the Coach Hill Plaza

    There will be good food, live music and dance, bouncy castle and lots of fun! Everyone is welcome. Come be a part of your community!!


    This year we are also introducing something new - Donations will be appreciated to help with the cost of the event and to keep this great tradition going! Community memberships will also be on sale. 


    WE NEED YOU! 

    Volunteers are vital to the success of this event. It’s a fun way to get involved in your community and we need all the help we can get! There are various shifts available. We will need pancake flippers, batter makers, servers, coffee runners, set up and take down assistance, help with children’s activities, etc. If interested in helping out, please contact Nancy Plato at breakfast@chph.ca.

    Looking for some free, high quality programs for your kids? The City of Calgary offer these programs in various Calgary communities that are open to everyone at no cost. These programs offer many different activities including crafts, games and active play. These drop-in programs are for children ages 3-12 years. Programs will set up a red tent in the park so parents and children can easily locate the meeting space.

    Stay n’ Play

    Children must be accompanied by an adult and programs are weather dependant.

    Ages: 3Y - 5Y + Adult
    Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.


    Park n’ Play

    Programs run weekdays and are weather dependant.

    Ages: 6Y - 12Y
    Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

    Sign-in Form

    Save time and line-ups on the first day of program by completing the sign-in form for Park n’ Play and Stay n’ Play. This sign-in form does not guarantee entry. Entry to these programs is on a first-come first-served basis each day.

    The Strathcona Christie Aspen Community Association  is co-hosting a Canada 150 Celebration on the Hill with Coach Hill, Patterson, Springbank Hill and Signal Hill on Saturday, September 2, 2017. 


    Planned activities for the day include:

    • Citizenship Ceremony
    • Flag Raising Ceremony
    • Open House
    • Art Show – INFO
    • Lego Competition – INFO
    • Multicultural Entertainment Stage
    • Outdoor Family Areas
    • Free Pancake Breakfast
    • BBQ Lunch (available for purchase)
