The CHPH Community Association depends on membership dues, grants, fundraising casinos and donations to carry out programs and initiatives on behalf of the community. If you are interested in making a donation to CHPH please fill out our online donation form. If you would like your donation to go to a specific initiative, please let us know when you fill out the form.
